Effective October 23, 2026. Ladder League is a free app operated by its independent developer.
Information you provide
Account email; your name, city and state, phone number and/or contact email, profile photo, availability, and optional player notes; ladder participation, match results, reports, ladder chat messages and replies, chat alert preferences, chat rule acceptance, and moderation actions; previously submitted chat reports and blocked-player settings; information sent through support; and, for players and coordinators who allow notifications, a device push token and delivery records.
Location
Your device location is requested when you use nearby ladder search. It is used for that search and is not added to your profile or stored as location history. You can also search by name, area, or ZIP/postal code. When creating a ladder, city searches and postal searches outside the United States send your entered country and city or postal code to Open-Meteo to find matching locations. US ZIP searches use our stored lookup. We save the ladder location you confirm, including its country, area coordinates, timezone, and postal code if provided, to support discovery and scheduling. This is the ladder's playing area, not a player's home address.
How information is used
Information is used only to operate accounts, ladders, standings, match history, player contact features, ladder chat, optional chat and coordinator alerts, security, support, and app maintenance. Ladder League does not sell personal information, show advertising, or use personal information for cross-app tracking.
Who can see it
Public ladder details and standings may be visible to people browsing the app. Contact information, player notes, and protected profile details are shown only as needed to approved players in the same ladder and its coordinators. Ladder chat is visible only to current members and coordinators of that season. Coordinators and developers who are members of the ladder can remove posts and replies. Contact your coordinator or developer support about chat concerns. Previously submitted chat reports and block settings remain in private service records until the relevant account is deleted; they are no longer available through chat.
Service providers
Supabase hosts authentication, the database, file storage, and server functions. Expo's push service and Apple or Google notification services deliver optional alerts. These providers may process device tokens and technical information such as IP addresses and service logs only to deliver and secure their services.
Retention and deletion
You can permanently delete your account in the app or on the web. Your login, profile, contact information, photo, device push tokens, and notification delivery records are removed. Your chat text, author identity, chat rules acceptance, blocks, posting restrictions, and reports involving you are removed. Private thread references may remain to preserve other players’ replies; deleted messages are not displayed. Completed match facts remain under an anonymous “Deleted Player” name so other players’ records stay accurate.
Children and security
Ladder League is not directed to children under 13. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. Material policy changes will be posted here with a new effective date.
