Information you provide
Account email; your name, city and state, phone number and/or contact email, profile photo, availability, and optional player notes; ladder participation, match results, reports, and coordinator actions; and information sent through support.
Location
Your device location is requested only when you choose to find nearby ladders. It is used for that search and is not added to your profile or stored as location history. You can search by ZIP code instead.
How information is used
Information is used only to operate accounts, ladders, standings, match history, player contact features, security, support, and app maintenance. Ladder League does not sell personal information, show advertising, or use personal information for cross-app tracking.
Who can see it
Public ladder details and standings may be visible to people browsing the app. Contact information, player notes, and protected profile details are shown only as needed to approved players in the same ladder and its coordinators.
Service providers
Supabase hosts authentication, the database, file storage, and server functions. Apple and Google distribute the apps. These providers may process technical information such as IP addresses and service logs to deliver and secure their services.
Retention and deletion
You can permanently delete your account in the app or on the web. Your login, profile, contact information, and photo are removed. Completed match facts remain under an anonymous “Deleted Player” name so other players’ records stay accurate.
Children and security
Ladder League is not directed to children under 13. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. Material policy changes will be posted here with a new effective date.
